  1. Material: The entire cabinet is made of high-quality 304 stainless steel.

Double doors are equipped with PVC rubber sealing strips for better sealing and sound insulation. The upper part of each door features a transparent reinforced glass window with a thickness of 5.0mm for clear observation.

  6. Control Method: Advanced integrated circuit control with intelligent voice control system and touch-sensitive micro-switch. Equipped with photoelectric sensors for automatic activation of the air shower upon sensing human presence (if only the door is opened without anyone entering, the fan remains inactive, showcasing intelligent programming).
  7. Display: Utilizes electronic chained LED display (showing fan, lighting, and air shower status) with PLC control system for plug-and-play convenience and electrical safety. Both entrance and exit doors are equipped with door-lock indicators for easy understanding and convenience.

Door Lock: Equipped with high-quality electronic interlocking locks to prevent both doors from being opened simultaneously during the air shower process (if one door is opened, the other door is locked; during the air shower process, neither door can be opened). In case of emergencies, pressing the emergency stop button automatically unlocks both doors. The high-pressure alloy lock head ensures durability and sensitivity, preventing the doors from being opened during the air shower process. Personnel enter the air shower for showering, but exit without showering.
  9. Filtration Efficiency: Features a three-stage filtration system to ensure purification quality. The primary filter is directly punched from the air shower’s main panel, offering high ventilation and durability. The medium-efficiency filter provides pre-filtration of 45% (5um) and is easy to disassemble and clean. The high-efficiency filter, branded by the company, achieves a dust removal efficiency of ≥99.995% for particles ≥0.5um (tested by sodium flame method). The size of the EPA high-efficiency filter is 820600120, with two units installed.
